The buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, factory labels, tags, and a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming the payment for the specified goods* have been preserved.

Return of goods when purchasing from the online store
The buyer has the right to refuse the Goods after receiving the Goods - within 7 (seven) days after delivery*. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their commercial appearance, factory labels, tags, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved.
  1. Goods that have been used** cannot be returned or exchanged
  2. Goods made to individual measurements or adjusted to your parameters** cannot be returned
The return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the buyer's expense. * In accordance with paragraph 21 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27.09.2007 N 612 "On approval of the Rules for selling goods remotely". ** According to paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Protection" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 The online store has the right to refuse a return in cases of detecting violations of the conditions for preserving the commercial appearance, in which case all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Processing and approval of refund time — from 5 to 10 business days. Refunds depend on the speed of transaction processing by your bank and can take up to 30 banking days. If defects or signs of use are found on the returned item, the return period may be extended for the duration of the examination. Funds will be returned in the amount of the cost of the item paid on the website.   • The actual date of dispatch of the order by courier must be no later than the 7th day after receiving the goods from the online store.

Exchange Conditions

Since the Goods were purchased remotely, the exchange of Goods of proper quality for an analogous product of a different color, style, size, and other characteristics is impossible due to the specifics of legal regulation established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. If the Buyer wants to receive an analogous Product with different parameters, they have the right to arrange a return in accordance with the rules indicated above and then place a new Order for the desired model, color, or size.
